Building in caves meant for building is allowed.

Gas Collectors should be open for everyone. There's a limited supply of these resources on the map.

​

​Water wells and oil pumps should be open for everyone to use, these shall not be blocked nor locked. There's a limited supply of these resources on the map.

​

It is not allowed to build water wells on water veins that are not connected to your base as this basically makes it impossible for anyone else to build in that area.

​

​Do not block artifacts, these should be available for all the players on the map. You are not allowed to block entrences to the ocean or the aberration zone.
